Trying to sell a PS3 on Ebay right now is an exercise in frustration

I'm not going to list mine on there after watching this bullshit for 2 weeks... Ebay refuses to do anything about the kids registering username after username, bidding up auctions, and then disappearing. You'd think Ebay would change the rules a bit for hot items like this and required at least 5 feedback in the past year in order to bid for them. Instead people can't make an honest buck flipping a hot item.
 
I'm glad all you scalpers are getting fucked over. Maybe when the PS4 launches people who actually want to OWN the item will have a better chance at getting it on launch day.
 
I would be all for a law making it illegal to do what has been done on ebay for the last few console launches. Scalping should be illegal every where... if only there was a good way to actually accomplish this though.

I could of bought a PS3 and sold it on ebay, fairly easily, but I didn't want to be one of those docuhe bags ripping off someone for a grand or more.
 
I hope you assholes have an even harder time selling them through christmas, and have 3 or 4 that never sell, after the 20 people who actually want the system get one.

Why race for a ps3.

They will make one for you. No rush. Get a 360 and a wii, and have fun, then when the fucking price falls drastically snag one up.
