Trying to lose fat by May (using a bike)?

I want to lose all the fat in my thys (my thys are HUGE) before May. How long will it take for me to lose around 30-40 lbs if I ride my bike every day(with no days off) for exactly one whole hour. My diet is already healthy (it's always been pretty well balanced). Will I be able to make my goal before the middle of May? (Around the 12th-16th).
