...answering..help me out plz? Im weigh 169 Im 5'7 and Im 18 years old(im a male). Im trying to drop atleast 35 pounds. I wanna know how long will it take for me to see that i am losing weight. I have cut the fattening and unhealthy foods outta my life to lose weight. Im trying to burn fat all over.

Okay for my diet these are things i eat sometimes but each day

Breakfast- 3 whole eggs, or sometimes ill eat oatmeal with skim milk (no sugar)

Lunch- For lunch I eat very little, But ill have some lean turkey meat sandwich with wheat bread or ill eat some fruit (watermeleon,apples,grapes) or sometimes a salad with lean turkey meat mixed in ALSO sometimes cucumbers (If you have ideas on what else is good and non fattening let me know)

Dinner- ILL just have baked meat(chicken,or fish) with some boiled vegetables

I drink water all day every day
For exercise

I do all kinds of things. warm ups i start off with jumping jacks. Sometimes ill go walk for an hour. Or ill jog around the house for 30 mins including go up and down stairs. Sometimes i work out twice a day.I hit up they gym everynow and then a run the treadmill for about 20-30 mins

Is this any good. How long will it take before i can see results that im losing weight
