steering wheel...i? on the steering wheel cover(horn) it says "inflatable restraint is this the same as air bags,,can i remove it to put the steering wheel off without deploring it, is this a simply job or costly by a mechanic?
It can be removed without deploying it, but I wouldn't recommend you try it without knowing what you're doing. You can be severely injured if you trigger it.
