Trying to ID a cartoon

[Dirty Diana]

There's a cartoon that looked from the 70s or the 80s. It features a villain that looked like Limburger from Biker Mice from Mars, but wore a red suit. I believe its setting was the forest with some funny animals and the credits featured a CGI-like World rotating in the space.

I found in Spanish it was called "Los Blufos" if anyone's interested.
