I have been working out lately to get ready for Navy boot camp I am going to soon. It seems the more strength training I do the less push ups and sit ups I can do. I need to be able to do 17 push ups and 50 sit ups Ive been doing exercises that are suppose to build muscle for you to be able to do that but I can even do 5 sit ups. When I first tried to do them i could do about 30 maybe more. I am rambling now but I am just so frustrated I don't know what else I can do it doesn't make sense to me. The more I try the more I fail I don't understand why this always happens to me.
