trying to get fring on my samsung gravity t...but not working...help?

so i found this website : http://www.fring.com
im from the US and i tried downloading fring onto my phone but it keeps showing it as an error...would be really nice to get fring because it has google talk on it...nd my phone doesnt have it :( would like to have google talk on my phone...
please help
