im trying to flash a vk 650c. it is being read as a modem. and i dont know how get prl in it. any ideas?

k. i can put prl in it. but i still need spc code, i got bit pim. i can read it on bit pim. but i have no idea were to look, or if there is a way to scan all files for 6 digit codes or something. there is no nvm file. any one have any ideas let me know please sorry im retarted lol

i think its part of carrier. VKmobile? type it in phonescoop u can see it. but i have searched through every binary code. and my eyes are hurting. found a few 6 digit codes. none work tho. some one help please? lol my eyes burn!
