Trying to fix a broken fishing pole?

If you're a girl: Yes. What he did was wrong, and if he ever wants to see you naked again, he will have to admit it, and apologize, and he better be sincere about it.
But won't your friend still have a broken fishing pole, even if you confront him with your feelings?

Describe the pole in detail. Wha'ts it made of (graphite, fiberglass, etc.)?
One-piece? 2 or more pieces?
How long was the rod before he broke it? How long are the pieces?

Hey, my friend broke his fishing pole and he's trying to figure out how he can fix it. It doesn't have to be pretty when it's fixed but it needs to work. He asked his dad first and I was a little upset by this because normally he asks me first when he needs to fix stuff, but it is his dad after all. I mean, don't dads have the answers? But I am one of his best buds. I don't know, it kind of hurt me that he asked his dad first. Should I confront him about how I feel?

Hi jtexas. I took your advice and tried to get him to apologize but he refused. I feel like this fishing pole is coming between us. Like as if, the broken fishing pole represents our broken friendship. So I must get it fixed! It is a fibreglass pole that broke 2.5 inches from the tip. I think it is made in China. Does that mean it could have dangerous lead in it? Will we need lead to repair it?
