Trying to find this certain CGI movie.?

thought i might give it a go and ask here .on tv a while back a manage to catch the ending of an animated movie and ever since iv been trying to track it down .i haven't had much luck though considering i barely know anything about it .All i know is it was shot in photo realistic animation some what like final fantasy ,the name of movie starts with S i think and here's how the ending went .there was a girl and she had a little dragon with her ,the dragon manage to get lost some how i cant really remember i think he was taken by something anyways she goes looking for him and her search brings here to a cave she enters to see a big dragon feeding on a little one ,she thinks she sees her dragon in a nest near by so she runs to get it when she is confronted by the big dragon they fight and she ends up killing him only to find out that the big dragon was her dragon aged by time .anyway it pretty much ends a little after that , thats pretty much all i know about it IF YOU CAN PLZ HELP .
