Trying to find out if this clarinet is a Buffet E11?

The matching serial numbers is a good thing .It may be an old instrument which is no problem , could be prior to the 11 & 13 . Sounds like you have a good instrument.
 
im not sure but i think if you bring it to your local music store they can tell you.
dude congrats on getting one, im still saveing up for one lol

I recently acquired a Buffet clarinet from a friend and don't know if it is an E11 or R13.
I asked her and she had no clue, her mother got it for her a couple years ago while she was in high school.

It is solid wood, which makes me think it is a intermediate or professional level horn.

The logos are almost worn off, but under the Buffet logo their appears to be the word "international"

The serial is 866609 and is matching on both tenons.

Oh, I tried the online serial search on Buffet's web page but nothing turned up.
