trying to figure out what the editing fomat is for the panasonic HDC-SD300?

My editing software is avid media composer 5. I?m shooting with a panasonic HDC-SD300.
When opening a new project in avid it asks you which format to use. eg. NTSC,PAL....
Which format do I choose?
