Trying to figure out noise

Does anyone know what they call the sound when a cartoon character moves his finger over his lips like when they are crazy or something?

I'm trying to figure it out if there is a real technical name for it

and considering that it was most done in cartoons I figured I'd ask here

there probably is since there seems to be one for everything nowadays. for the life of me i don't know what it is though....i'd just call it something like 'gone bonkers' or batty gesture.

well a raspberry's technical term is a "unvoiced linguolabial trill"

Some sounds just don't have an onomatopoeia. I know I searched FOREVER for something (I can't remember what sound it was, something like "hmph" but not really)
