My mom wants me to make a recipe that I have never heard. Its something to do with rice and shrimp but she wants me to cook the rice with milk, so instead of using water she wants me to use milk. She said the rice cooks with the milk in it. To me it sounds like Arose con leche. But its not. If anyone is familiar of the recipe she speaks of, can anyone give me a direct link please? thanks!
