hello. [:
I'lll post some website links so you can refer to them for more extra informations.
Anywayy, Veganism is a philosophy, not just a eating lifestyle.
You can eat bread, though it will to hard because most bread contains animal ingredients are whey, skimmed milk, honey.
Egg, hmm , i'm not sure unless you're talking about french toast, haha. [:
Here are some of the thing you have to know :
vegan will not eat any flesh from animals , or use food products with any animal origins like gelatine, whey, honey, eggs etc .
Most people became vegan because they want do their part reduce suffering and pain to animals (animal rights.. etc) will also not use animal-tested products too.
You do not have to worry about food choices ,vegans are so spoiled for choices you can find in organics stores and even supermarkets . [:
I suggest you go for extra miles, read up and do more research more about veganism.
One of the most important thing you have to take note that is you have to plan your meal so to ensure that you are taking required amount of nutrition need for your body to work efficiently.
Take note that Vitamin B12 is not easily available in a vegan diet so it is recommended that you eat supplements to replenish your B12 in your body.
Of course you should try out vegan recipes to whip up home-cooked vegan meals that is healthier and more affordable . [:
For me, i have to read up the ingredients list from each and every product that i intend to buy.
At the beginning the road to vegan lifestyle will be shaky but after a while you will get used to it and will feel tremendous satisfaction to your life.
