Trying to contact poetry.com?

A few years ago, like many people, i was young and naiive and posted a poem on poetry.com.
It is now the first link to come up when i google-search my name.
I am in college now and would like to spare myself the embarassment of an idiotic poem and have it removed.
However, 1. i do not know the e-mail address i used to publish this poem
2. i've tried to contact these people via mail and phone and have yet to speak to anyone.

Has anyone else had problems contacting poetry.com, and did you figure out a way to get through to them?
 
Change your name. I do not think there is much you can do. Like when you post something on the internet you have to prepare yourself that it may up there for life. Like anyone that would judge a person over what you wrote when you were little is not worth being a friend in college. I have heard that site is quite doggy but maybe I have been misinformed.
