trying to connect samsung soundbar for use of center channel?

the soundbar has 2 inputs; optical and RCA (red/white). The problem is that my amp only has bare wire outputs. (Yamaha RX-V363) Is there such thing as a "optical to speaker wire" or "rca to speaker wire"?? ******BTW: I tried to cut the other end of my RCA cable off, strip, and connect into the center channel port and DID NOT work.**** HELPPPPP!!!!!!!
