try again where can I get a jeep starter motor in Australia without being ripped off?

Trying to find a starter for a 97 cherokee limited without being charged $400. I'm in a small town in Qld that doesn't mind ripping people off. Rather pay postage than pay them. And american parts places won't ship over here.
