You see her child is allergic and the cat scratches her child as well. Pesky cat claws, I wonder why they are even born with them. Also, she is recently divorced and found another apartment she loves, but Oh Well, it doesnt allow cats. Now she wants to dump the cat off making it another person's problem and she is confused because the shelter is overcrowded and wont accept the cat. Im guessing, by the way she responded to my answer, showing her lack of maturity she will probably let the cat outside on moving day and let it fend for itself. After all, IT IS JUST A CAT, as she puts it.
