Tom Arnold is quoted on Dark Horizons talking about a sequel to true Lies:

"We all caught up - Jim [Cameron], Jamie [Lee Curtis], Eliza [Dushku], Bill [Paxton] and myself - to talk about True Lies 2 about a month ago in Cali. We're doing it. Definitely doing it. I'm revved. Unlike Terminator, which I think they're doing without Arnold, Jim's prepared to wait for the big guy. So am I. I've been waiting for ten years now - I'm sure I can hang on a few more months".

I would love to see a sequel but I get the feeling it will be a while untill it is released. I hope they bring out a specail edition DVD of True Lies soon though!
 
Is this quote a recent one? I mean its not from an old issue of Dark Horizons or anyhting like that?

I hope it is, I would love to see a sequel. True Lies is such a good film.
 
It was on the latest news on the Dark Horizons website today so I assume it must be a recent quote!
However they have been talking about True Lies 2 for years now and it has never happened yet!
 
At Cameron's current work rate this probably won't get made until the next decade at which point Arnie will either have retired or (gulp) become President.
