Truck Driving ,, Log Book?

This week I worked 73 hours total (not driving) and then took off 34 hours total on the 7th day 8 th day..

My question Is how many hours must I take off before I can drive a semi on a trip? Can I start driving after the 34 hours off or must I take even more hours off??
