Trouble with ventilation in your Mazda Cx7?

When I am not using the air conditioning, I find that the air coming out of the ventilation is always hotter than the air outside making it uncomfortable to drive without the air conditioning. Anybody has the same trouble?
 
the ventilation sistem that choose hot or cold air is electrical and sometimes it dont switch properly

another thing is..... there is another bottom that opens the vents to take air from the road or recicle the cabin air make sure that bottom is place on the correct position (recicle) thats will close the vents and prevent the hot air from the out side gets inside your car
