trouble with samsung?

so i have an samsung ultra touch. i wanna download something on the memory without the adapter. so i plug in my usb connector and then insert the usb driver installing cd. when i install it, iot say NPS not exist so now i wanna download something on the memory n i doesnt work. Plz help me
