trouble with my Verizon Get It Now

I have a Nokia 3589i and I've been having problems with my Get It Now. Everytime I try to use it, it says it's connecting for a few seconds - then "Unable to complete request. try again later. (1281)". The number inside the parentheses changes from time to time. Please help!!!
 
Listen, if that were a problem I was having? I'd march my phone right down to Verizon and either have them fix the issue... or replace your phone. That's my advice

It's a Verizon issue! Maybe it should be moved??
