Trouble with loading new software for T5

I need help, I have just bought a T5 and I have tried to load the software supplied. It wont work and when I tried to uninstall I am getting a "Fatal error during installation".

I have no idea what to do and the Palm website is not much help. I did have software from a T3 loaded until I tried to load the T5 software.

in case its the previous T3's software giving you trouble, trying a reboot wont hurt.

Complete a hard reset. After that you will be ready to set up your device. I found a page in the Palm, Inc. Support Knowledge Library that should help you with your installation:
