Trouble downloading Adobe Flash Player?

Well, I've asked this before but didn't get much help. I've downloaded Adobe Flash Player 10 on one user account, it works fine on there. But when I switch to another user account on the same computer it says it's not downloaded and it won't download when I try.
 
Try installing the Adobe Flash Player by using the Adminstrator Account to see if it will be available for all other users on that computer.
