I wish there were more deleted scenes. I'm pretty sure I read about some scenes being cut because they were a bit racy, and I'm sure there were other scenes that were cut.
 
I loved this movie. James and Sophia (Tristan/Isolde) had great on-screen chemistry. They worked beautifully together.

It's even better than "Romeo and Juliet" because it's more believable.

HAHA! Yeah... I actually went because my best friend was going and I wanted to go with her. It wasn't till the end of the movie that our james Franco love was born...



Yeah, I wanted more T&I moments as well. Seems they only had a few short good moments together, that was while they were still in Ireland. I definately didn't think the triangle boring. I thought they did a great job making Lord Mark a good guy, made it much harder for Tristan, and us viewers.

James is amazing in this movie. He's the perfect Tristan, I'm glad they gave the role to him :sigh:

I agree. When I read Joseph Bédier's version of this story I disliked King Mark strongly but that wasn't the case with the movie at all.

Great movie... I needa see it again.. I've been on such a Hanson kick, not much ese has existed to me, lol :)

And yes, I too wish there were more extras in the DVD. That was a bad move on the production company parts :(
