Any place new is cool in short periods! You would miss home after a while. Great pics and i bet it was relaxing getting away for a while.

Trip to CO~NM~AZ~UT w/ my Lady Pics

Great Pictures. I did a very similar trip last year with a couple of friends.
We rode from NW Arkansas to NM, Durango Co, then over to Four Corners, Utah, Las Vegas, the Mojave Dessert the Grand Canyon and back to NW Arkansas in a week.
My buddy and I are leaving for a week long trip on 09/03/10. We plan to ride from NW Arkansas over to Col then on to Salt Lake City Utah, San Francisco, up the PCH to Oregon and Washington and then head back east through Idaho, Montana and SD. There are quite a few 600 mile days and one 800 mile day so we may alter our plans slighty.
Then when I get back to Arkansas I head back to work for four days and then ride up to Dutchess County NY. While in NY I may take a 3 day weekend and head up to Vt, NH and southern Maine and try and catch the fall foilage change.

Thanks folks it was a great time.
The drop ship went well. A local Honda dealer sets up off-road rides (he will be out in AZ this January), I have ridden off-road w/ him on occasion. Anyway I ask him if he would take my bike out for his CO trip. It cost me $650.00 out and back. He dropped the bike at our Hotel and picked them up while we were already at the airport...it went very well.
