P padam New member Sep 20, 2009 #2 So, here in u r problem u r given with adjacent of 14 n hypotenuse z'. N angle between them as 52 degree. Now just put this equation n solve it. Cos 52= adjacent/hypotenuse cos 52=14/z z cos 52=14 z=14/cos 52 z=22.7
