I think I am one big muscle spasm. Occasional sciatica, catches in my upper back, neck, around shoulder blades-large knots on my traps atop my shoulders, TMJ syndrome, plantar faciitis, calf cramps I can feel trying their darndest to happen (luckily I can stop them before they start) and my fusion of my lurabar spine isn't helping matters. Then you read up on all of this and find that these spams can make your spine worse by pulling on the vertebrae and I just can't figure out what to do! I know I am "out" from my head to my feet. My arthritis is worse with it all too, and to top it off my boobs hurt (fibrocystic breast condition). I need like four heating paRAB on my body to help ease all of this! I don't know where to turn. I know what I need: adjustment (but not the cracking kind), acupuncture, massage, heat, pain meRAB, myofacial release and goodness-what else is there? I need to work out but with 12 hour shifts and 5.5 hours of class twice a week on top of my back issues I already have, I am just so worn out. If school were done and I could go back to 8's I could do it. part of me wants to see a doc and part of me doesn't. part of me wants PT and part doesn't. why? well, PT doesn't seem to last. It is great while I am there, then I leave and it all comes back. My job doesn't help but I can't tell you what I do.
