tricky job application question? help plz?

1)I would quickly change my job if I found a better paying one.

2)One day I would like to be a Store Manager at the Home Depot.

^^ the reason i put number two is because i want do
somthing else in life then be a store manger lol
 
1 is strongly disagree! because they will think u are a money whore, who will leave as soon as he finds the next high paying job!

#2 is just agree, because you show that you are passionate about the company and that you are serious about it, but not that serious that you will look like power hungry egotistic!

I hate this psychological questions that need 2-3hrs to finish!
 
1.) disagree (you don't want to "quickly" change jobs...
2.) agree, shows you have interest in a long term goal<---even if you really dont want to be one


*I had to do one of these personality "applications" online for Lowes & Borders- passed them both.
 
If Your application is for the Home Depot saying you want to be a manager there is fine but if the application is for another company not so good.

I would advise never telling a company on a job application that you will jump ship if a better job came along. If you need something til the something else comes, you would be cutting off your own chances of getting hired by outright saying that on an app.

It sounds like they want to know if you have any loyalty in number 1 and any ambition in number 2
