treo 755p or nokia n75?

Please help me decide...

My contract with Cingular expires 8/30 and I'm eligible for a phone upgrade 5/30. I've used Palm OS and really like it (I have some apps that I bought for my old Tapwave Zodiac2) but have never used S60.

I've always wanted a Treo--and I want one even more now that it comes in burgundy.

The SERO plan is very attractive. I can see myself saving a lot more money with Sprint. HSPDA is attractive too for the simultaneous voice/data.

I have a Nokia n800 that I use to browse the web, check my gmail account and get google chat ims since work currently blocks IM and webmail. I connect via BT to my ancient V3 RAZR and it's excruciatingly slow.

My priorities are:
* 3G
* BT 2.0 -- maximum phone tethering
* good phone quality/reception
* third party apps (the n800 has few good and stable apps at the moment)
* decent camera picture quality
* good PIM

How good is S60 really?

Thanks in advance!

n75 hands down.

although palm os is alright, my cuz used to have it and it had so many bugs and froze so many times.

s60 has so many 3rd party apps
nokia reception wins >*

basically if u can deal with palm and want a touch screen/qwerty go with the treo.
if you want a smartphone that puts phone features 1st and also has great 3rd party software support go with the n75.
