Treo 650 vs. Moto Q

Does anyone know anything about the new Moto Q due out in the spring? I have a Treo 650 and love the capabilities, but saw how thin the Moto Q is with similar capabilities (if you consider Windows and Palm OS similar). I'm interested in more well informed views than mine. Thank you.
