treo 650 internet help!

hi, new here, bought a treo 650 off ebay already flashed. called to xfer service, then did *228. message on my phone screen said "programming successful" but the recording said "we're sorry...". tried dialing and my phone and texting is working.
i'm trying to get online, but cricket won't even add the service(internet) on my account because they said it's a flashed phone and that option isn't available for flashed phones.
i looked at the flashing instructions posted on this forum and none of the options shown in the instructions show up on my screen. HELP PLEASE! :crying:
 
It might help if you posted more details rather than just saying I need help.
A couple questions to get you started...

Which carrier was the phone originally on?
What exactly is showing up on your screen? What is different from your screen and the instructions? Which instructions did you follow. Link please.
What kind of phone is your treo listed as on your account? What kind of plan do you have?
 
sounRAB like your phone is worken fine except that u now want web to work...tell them you have a razor and that u want the plan either way for data.. why do they care if your payen for nothen.. as far as the web its as simple as setting up your proxy information which can be found easily by searching....

but for some reason the internet wont load. am i missing something?
i tried to put the proxies on it but really i can't find them,
im not really very familiar with cdma, i know gsm and have programmed web settings before on gsm phones but like i said i am not familiar with cdma, can someone point me in the right direction. the phone says its loading but it never does anything else.
