Hi all,
My name's Tomas and I'm 18 years old.
I have never taken any pills with substantial side effects, almost never smoked or drank alcohol.
Now something changed. Drastically. I started having tremour.
In the end of January(2010) it was just a fine tremour I rarely felt for example during writing.
But then it got worse and worse every single day. My parents had an argument(talked about splitting up) and haven't talked to me for 3 days and I felt completely ruined. I cried like a little kid. Now my parents are OK, but my tremour isnt gone...
I have just gone back from school. I had problems with WRITING. I could write(maybe people wouldn't even see a difference between my writing from this day and last year), but I felt my hand is shaking up and down.
I even asked my mother what should I do, that I have a tremour but I couldn't show it- my hand SEEMED stiff but definitely didn't feel that way.
I blame it all to marihuana I ate on The New Years Eve. And I had a lot of it.(btw i smoked it since march 2009 only 3 times). And since then a started feeling a little depressed and all.(or maybe I'm a little exaggerating, I don't remember). But maybe I just thought it. Maybe it's because I sweared to God in December I will never smoke weed in my life and broke it, because I lose my faith. Now when I'm desperate I trust in God again....
PLEASE what can be the cause of my tremour? I have "paranoia" I will never recover from it and this thought depresses me even more.... or even worse when I had it twice a day (a week ago) since then I started checking every single minute, and everytime I checked it, or thought about it, it was back. Now I have it constantly
I havent had such a feeling for maybe a decade(half of my life)or so....
I'm also getting really nervous because of it. But even if I smack something, it doesnt help
Please tell me what to do...
Edit: now, for example I feel even my arms are skaing and if I close my eyes I feel it inside of my head... Will I ever fully recover? What can be the cause of it? Please tell me any possible reason for this that crosses yr\our mind....
