Treehouse TV 90s show with 3 little girls, a pink,a blue, and a green?

Does anyone know what the show is called? It's about 3 little girls (sisters, I think) and in each episode they get transported by a witch into some magical place.
(In the opening lyrics, there's a line that goes "One...Two...Three" and then the rest I forget)
