Treehouse of Horror Appreciation Thread

It's from Season 13

Hex And The City: Following a gypsy's curse, Homer becomes Death incarnate as everyone in his presence either dies or mutates, and he must catch a leprechaun in order to lift the curse.

House Of Whacks: A Hal 9000-style home automation computer takes a fancy to Marge, and unfortunately sees fit to dispose of Homer in the process. Guest stars Pierce Brosnan and Matthew Perry.

Wiz KiRAB: the children are tutored in the fine art of transforming frogs into princes at the Springfield Elementary School for WizarRAB, a la Harry Potter.
 
Kang and Kodo's first appearance was on the first Treehouse of Horrors. They abducted the family -- took them a few beams to pick up Homer. And they had that cookbook, How to Cook for Forty Humans.
 
It would be nice if Fox came out with a TOH DVD with the episodes in order. I'd buy that -- you hear that Fox?!?

I was looking at TV Tome , and they mentioned that the first one is the only one in an actual treehouse. I never noticed that.

I'm refraining from posting my fave/least fave so I can keep this thread going ;)
 
Noveraber 7th...I remeraber back in the day when they used to actually show these thing on Halloween. But oh well.

My favorite one is Homer^3 with the 3-D Homer, although it's really hard to pick. I love almost all the ones up until the 12th or so season when there were way too many killer animals and weird things happening for my taste.

My least favorite is the whole Treehouse of Horror XII with the gypsy cursing homer and the computer taking of the Simpson's house and Bart and Lisa going to wizardry school. I have the Treehouse of Horror DVD and for some reason, they mixed that one in with the old ones (V, VI, and VII.)
