hi i bought property small 45m2 building and land 500m2 the problem is that my neighbour got a tree 10m high its reallly very big and its 1m from my building so whateve fall down from the tree is on my roof . i got planning perm and to do repairs to that building and its now studio evething is connected the one problem is that tree cos its 1m from my building it affect me very much its roots are under my fundaments just before we started developement there was few cracks on the walls and i know that its cos of this tree also all leaves from this tree are always on my roof so i need every second week and sweap it. im tired of it i ordered tree surgeons asked for help there is no preservation order on that tree i checked with local council i asked my neighbour that i will help her to cut this tree i asked her last week she said she doesnt have money and she live with her bf they bought this house so they shoudl be responsible for it. i said to her that i could borrow her money she said she doesnt want. what should i do? is there anything to make her to remove this tree? from the bottom this tree grow up on her garden the cos its not staright it going above my roof so everything is above me
