I think I may have oral thrush, my tongue appears white, somewhat "hairy" near the back and there are little red bumps near the tip. Really it looks like a lot like this image http://content.answcdn.com/main/content/img/elsevier/dental/f0651-01.jpg
I'm not too worried about the health risks as it hasn't bled, or hurt, or really bothered me, its more about hygiene and appearance. I brush and scrape regularly now and I read taking vitamin C will also cause the thrush to disappear over time. I'm wondering how long taking a daily supplement should take to clear up a case of thrush like in the image I posted?
Also are there any other remedies, such as anti-fungal medication that would be affordable? I would like to clear this problem up as quickly as I can.
