I am planning on vacation in Jamaica in early december. I have hotels booked for Montego Bay, Negril and Ocho Rios. Was planning on renting a car but have read many negative posts on this idea. I have driven cars all around mexico, and in mexico it's pretty rough driving as well, but not on the left side of the street or with the steering wheel on the right side of the car. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone new of affordable means of transportation between these cities? Thanks!!
