Transplanting a Butia/Pindo/Jelly Palm?

I have a 7 year old pindo palm in my backyard that tilts at an 85 degree angle.

It is 8 feet tall, and approximately 6 feet in girth.

It sits behind a small concrete waterfall decoration that is part of my swimming pool.

The roots only rise above the surface slightly.

Should I replant it? Can it be done by myself, or with a few friends? How deep and wide should I dig for an appropriate root ball for the palm?

Thanks.
