Transmission problem with 1996 Chrysler Sebring. Can you help me out?

With absolutely no warning, my car will not go into reverse. It will go into drive and shift through the gears fine. Also it looks as if I may have a broken motor mount, because every time you shift the gears or hit the gas the motor jumps up 3-4 inches. Could this be part of the problem?? It is an automatic. If I can't figure this out I will take it to a shop, but really don't have the extra cash so any help would be appreciated....Thanks!! BTW...Yes I have plenty of fluid and it is red, not black or brown.
 
sounds like a blown trany, unfortunately it is a shop deal, and not a cheap one. your probably going to need a new trany or get that one rebuilt.
