I just got off the freeway when I heard a noise, I pushed on the gas pedal and the car wouldn't move. So I was able to just pull over to the side. I put the gear in parking and then I moved the gear to drive again and nothing the car wouldn't move. Finally I was able to get it to move. What I did was I put the gear in low (1) and I drove it to the nearest dealer which was about a block away. I want to know if it is the transmission and what was that noise I heard?
