I just got an 89 camry and i have a few questions. I went to get an oil change and they recommended both an engine and transmission flush. I just did an oil change with the high mileage oil due to it having 220k miles. I am having a problem where the car doesnt sometimes shift or its a delay and the gear "jumps." Should i do the flush(es). Im also replacing the spark plugs and wires, not sure if it has a distributor cap to be replaced in it. Not sure what else i should do as far as trying to do upkeep on the car. Any suggestions?
