Transformer Creations...Quick Question

Why is it that when the life-spark's (cube) energy/radiation hits the electronics it only creates angry/aggresive transformers (i.e. the phone in the box and the other tranformers created in the street chase scenes)

How is it that there are also Autobots, or transformers without aggresion?
 
The writer's official explanation is that it's intent is really to power the planet Cybertron. When it's used to create life, everything it creates is this primal/simple minded bot.

In an interview though, someone asked if it was because all of our technology was reverse engineered from Megatron that it was all inherently evil, and he didn't seem to oppose that idea either.

basically, what he has written is done, anything he didn't write in stone is still up for interpretation by the next set of writers if they don't re-sign him for the sequel. His intent was the first explanation, but if the next batch of writers want to change that they can explain it however they want.
