Transformations in films

Can anyone think of any films in which one of the characters completely transforms their looks? I'm thinking like... Mrs Doubtfire or Spiderman...

Anyone got any ideas?

I'm not sure wearing an outfit would conduce to transforming your looks though

Dr jeckyl (not sure how to spell it) and Mr Hide (or is it Hyde, not sure how to spell that either), especially the old silent one (John Barrimore I think (again, excuse possible spelling mistake - I could do with some sort of "Famous Person Spellchecker"). There was no make-up effects, I believe, he just changed his expression
