Transferring saved game data between XBox 360?

I'm going to be exchanging my current XBox 360 Falcon set for the new Jasper one so can anyone help me decide which is the best way to transfer my saved data over to the new set?

I have the 60GB Pro Falcon and will be swapping it for another 60GB Jasper as well.
