transfering pokemon from perl/diamond to platinum?

i have a ds and im trying to transtere my pokemon from my perl/diamond game to the platinum but not sure how to

do i need pal park or wot?

sugestions would b grate

Get a friend with a DS. On your DS put platinum and on your friend's put diamond/pearl (or vice-versa). Then just trade pokemon like regular. Go to the Union Room and you can trade. Pal Park is only for transfering pokemon from a GBA game to a DS game. =)

you need 2 DS's

go the to top floor of the Pokemon Center and go into the Union Room and select Trade

You will need 2 DSs. Put one of each game in each DS, and (in both) go to the top of any Pokemon Centre. Talk to the woman in the middle to go into the Union room, and then talk to the player from your other game. Select a trade, and then ... do the trade =P

There is no way to transfer Pokemon over, so you will need Pokemon you don't want on Platinum to trade over to your other game. Good luck!
