Transfering Free Apps to another phone

Million dollar question?? Can it be done??

I am looking on instructions on how to transer a free app ( no longer free) to another phone. I believe it can be done using the SD card , however, I believ my phone blocks 3rd part apps. ANy suggetions??

Try downloading Astro file manager. They have an app backup process that might help you out.
