Transfer ringtones nokia verizon

I have a Nokia 6205 Verizon and I have ringtones that I made in an MP3 format. I have downloaded them to the MicroSD and then the only place you can send them in the phone is to sounds. I can access them in sounds ,but they will not go to ringtones .Is there anyway to move them to the Ringtone category in order to use them as Ringtones. Help! Thanks for any input!:confused::confused:
 
I do believe that Verizon blocks the ability to use MP3 for ringtones. I know that they block the ability to transfer via downloading directly or via bluetooth of ringtones and other items.

Its a subliminal hint to get you to buy theirs. :smart:
 
I have the same problem. I was able to download mp3 ringtones on to my Nokia 5310 xpress music but was not able to use it.
